OUR STORY

For Sark Game Founder and CEO Tom Jacobs, word games were his family’s island of calm in rough seas. Their favorite was Sark, published in 1949 in Rochester, NY, by the Owens-Krass company (“Sark” is “Krass” spelled backwards).
Over the next 50+ years, Tom’s sister twice found the much-loved game box. The first time, the family had spread far and wide, making it tough to play together. The second time, Tom decided Sark should be an app anyone could play anywhere.
And that’s exactly what happened. Today, Tom and generations of his family all over the world play Sark together, and you can too. Download Sark today!
